I honestly don’t even know where to begin, from start to finish, my experience with Sue was beyond anything I could have imagined. From the very first message, her communication was flawless. She kept me informed every step of the way and was incredibly patient and accommodating (which says a lot, because I can be quite a fussy client!). Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt completely looked after. The photoshoot itself? Absolutely unforgettable. It wasn’t just a session it was an experience. Watching Sue work with Nala was something special; her calm, natural connection with them and her ability to bring out her personalities is just incredible. On top of that, her creative eye is on another level the way she sees moments and turns them into something magical is truly a talent. And then… the final products. Wow. Even that doesn’t do them justice. They’re not just photos they’re memories captured perfectly, pieces I’ll treasure for a lifetime. The quality, the detail, the emotion in every image… pure perfection. Sue doesn’t just put time and effort into her work she pours her heart into every family and every dog she works with, and it really shows. I cannot recommend her enough. Truly 11/10 without a doubt one of the best things I’ve ever done.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Su. Su is incredible at her craft; she knows exactly how to capture a dog’s personality and bring out the little quirks that make them so special. The photos don’t need explaining — just have a look, they speak for themselves. They’re more than just pictures; they’re memories frozen in time that we will treasure forever. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better results. Sadly, our dog was involved in a tragic accident and sadly passed away just five days after the shoot, which has made these photos even more precious to us. Every time we look at them, we’re reminded of his personality, his little expressions, and the joy he brought into our lives. We are beyond thankful that we have these memories preserved thanks to Su.

Su has been fantastic from start to finish. Su and her son Sam were so patient and kind during the photoshoot. I have one dog who is slightly nervous and they always picked up on how comfortable she was and never forced her to do anything she wasn't willing to do herself. You can tell they are dog focused and care about their experience also. When I came back to view the photos they were gorgeous. There was a great mix of photos to choose from/backdrop options (which are discussed during the photoshoot and prior) and you can tell Su takes great pride in quality from placement and lighting. I went for a large canvas, a photo book and the pdf files. (It was too hard to choose) I love them all and I show everyone them whether they want to or not! I could not recommend Su enough and if I ever wanted more pictures, I would always go back to Su.
